By creating a Sleevit account or using the Sleevit app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Sleevit is a trading-card collection management app. Users can scan, organize, and share their trading-card collections. Vendors can list their physical inventory at card shows via QR code and accept payments through the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sleevit. By creating an account you confirm you meet this minimum age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sleevit.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Sleevit+ is a paid subscription that unlocks premium features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
Vendors who accept payments through Sleevit agree to additional terms presented during vendor onboarding, including transaction fee structures (Pay-as-you-go or Flat Rate) and payment processing through Stripe. Vendors are solely responsible for the items they sell and for fulfilling orders.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload (binder data, custom cover images, posts). By uploading content, you grant Sleevit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
You agree not to: (a) upload content that infringes intellectual property or contains illegal material; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the app; (c) impersonate other users; (d) use the vendor checkout for fraudulent transactions; (e) circumvent subscription billing.
The Sleevit app, brand, and original content are owned by Sleevit (operated by Sleeve & Ink LLC). Trading card data and images are sourced from public APIs (TCGDex and others) and remain the property of their respective rights-holders.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Sleevit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Card prices and market data are estimates and may not reflect current market reality. Use the app at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleevit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
