These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sleeve & Ink LLC ("Sleevit", "we", "us"). By creating a Sleevit account or using the Sleevit app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Sleevit is a trading-card collection management app covering multiple trading-card games. You can scan, organize, value, and share your collection and connect with other collectors. Vendors can list physical inventory for sale at card shows via QR code and accept payments through the app. Features may change, and some require a paid subscription or vendor plan.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sleevit. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use Sleevit only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the app you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your information accurate and notify us immediately at support@sleevit.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Sleevit+ is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Prices may change with notice.
Vendors who sell through Sleevit accept additional terms during vendor onboarding, including fee structures (Pay-as-you-go or Flat Rate) and payment processing through Stripe. Sleevit provides tools that connect vendors and buyers but is not the seller and is not a party to any transaction between a vendor and a buyer. Vendors are solely responsible for their listings and their accuracy, for fulfilling orders, and for any applicable taxes and legal compliance. Disputes about an item or order are between the buyer and the vendor; while we may help facilitate a resolution, Sleevit is not liable for vendor transactions.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload (binder data, custom cover images, posts, scan photos). By uploading content, you grant Sleevit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
You also grant Sleevit the right to use scan photos and related metadata to train and improve our card-recognition models and other machine-learning systems that power the app. You can opt out of contributing scan photos to training at any time in Settings → Privacy → Data Sharing; opting out keeps your photos on your device.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
The Sleevit app, brand, and original content are owned by Sleeve & Ink LLC. Trading-card data and images come from public community APIs and remain the property of their respective rights-holders (The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Disney/Ravensburger, Bandai, and others). If you believe content in the app infringes your copyright, email support@sleevit.app with details; we respond to valid notices, remove infringing content, and may terminate repeat infringers.
You agree not to: (a) upload content that infringes intellectual property or contains illegal material; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the app; (c) impersonate other users; (d) use the vendor checkout for fraudulent transactions; (e) circumvent subscription billing; or (f) harass, threaten, or harm other users.
Sleevit relies on third-party services (including Apple, Google, Stripe, Supabase, and others) and may link to third-party websites or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive termination.
Sleevit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Card prices and market data are estimates and may not reflect current market reality. You use the app at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleevit and Sleeve & Ink LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sleevit and Sleeve & Ink LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or — for vendors — your sales and listings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Sleeve & Ink LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@sleevit.app and try to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Sleevit regarding the app. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Headings are for convenience only.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
